Lake Wallenpaupack Lakefront Home in the prestigious community of Lakeland Colony. This lakefront home is on a level lot down to the lake with your own dock. Enjoy 375 acres of nature preserve that you can bike and hike in. Enjoy an awesome view of the lake and a great sunset. This house has some newly installed flooring, furniture,bath, and rec room with a ping pong table and bumper pool table. The knotty pine interior and the bluestone fireplace will have you relaxing in no time. Lake Wallenpaupack is a motor boating lake with 52 mile of shoreline. The second family room has a flat screen TV, there is high speed cable internet, the master bedroom has a king size log bed.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know that my family had a excellent time at your property.  We were able to relax, hike, horseback ride, check out claws and paws.  We fished from the dock, had a beer with the very friendly neighbors and hung in through some pretty windy days. The house had everything we could want or imagine needing.  We truly cooked three meals everyday we were there and never were we at a loss for the right tool. We had such a great time creating memories for ourselves and my niece and nephew.  It was the first time their grandmother had the opportunity to spend an extended period of time with them and her joy made it all worthwhile.  It is our hope to return again next year.

We had a delightful weekend, and loved the house / location / dock.  Everything was in good order, the house was clean and stocked w/ what renters might need.  The outdoor fireplace was great.

I am sure we will want to return.
